- Change orders are changes in the costs of the original construction contract during the course of a project .
- The Change Order Subcommittee is an ad hoc subcommittee of the CBOC to look at change orders.
The sub-committee will continue its investigation and discussion of report formats that will improve understanding and oversight of the bond construction program change order system. In addition, there will be a more in-depth review of a specific sampling of change order actions.The meeting is open to the public.
